Carl Keating

General Manager - Operations

Carl Keating has worked in the renewable energy sector since the early years, breaking new ground on the Lake Bonnie Stage One Project in 2003 - a 46 turbine wind farm project that was the first large scale project in Australia. Since that time, Carl has managed the teams that have delivered many of Australia's largest renewable energy projects, from initial concept design through to handover. Carl believes in fostering talent and bringing the very best out of a team.

'ZEM provides our team with a solid platform for their careers delivering world class emission free energy projects. Our vision is that renewable energy will become the first choice in power plant selection into the future'.

With more than 30 years experience in engineering projects and renewables, Carl's hope is that ZEM will provide opportunities for people and communities to thrive in the decades to come, becoming a platform for new technologies and new opportunities, currently unimagined.
